Privacy Policy

How Bond & Play collects, uses, protects and manages personal information across this website, its inquiry experiences and Barnaby 6:00.

Effective August 18, 2026Last updated August 19, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Bond & Play LLC (“Bond & Play”) handles personal information collected through this website, including the Bond & Play homepage, Zuri, Theo, Althea, James, Barnaby 6:00, Ask Bond and related inquiry or sign-up experiences that link to this Policy.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the website and information received from service providers acting on our behalf.

  • Contact and identity information, such as name, work email, mobile number and organization.
  • Professional information, such as title, role, sector, market or business area.
  • Inquiry and preference information, including the opportunity you want us to evaluate, briefing priorities, delivery preferences and communications choices.
  • Correspondence and other information you choose to provide when you email us or interact with a site form.
  • Technical and usage information, which may include IP address, device or browser information, page interactions and consent signals when these are collected through cookies or similar technologies.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the website and deliver the experiences a visitor requests. Depending on the interaction, this may include:

  • Responding to inquiries and evaluating potential engagements or partnerships.
  • Administering Barnaby 6:00 Founding Circle, trial, beta and launch communications.
  • Personalizing or calibrating requested executive-intelligence experiences.
  • Operating, securing, troubleshooting and improving the website and its forms.
  • Protecting forms from automated abuse through Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical and security signals needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store or transmit the information visitors enter into Bond & Play forms.
  • Managing privacy choices and consent through Ketch and any other service providers we configure for this purpose.
  • Transmitting internal website-submission notifications through Google Workspace and the Gmail API. Submission details included in those notifications are processed by Google as our communications provider.
  • Protecting our rights, preventing abuse and complying with legal obligations.

Legal bases where applicable

Where laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, our processing may rely on consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as operating and securing our business, responding to business inquiries and improving our services. The applicable basis depends on the specific processing activity.

How information may be shared

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that support hosting, communications, security, consent management, analytics or other business functions; to professional advisers; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a corporate transaction. Service providers are expected to handle information for the purposes for which it was provided to them.

We do not currently use this website to sell personal information for monetary consideration. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

Barnaby 6:00 and text communications

When you request Barnaby 6:00 access, the site may collect your name, work email, mobile number, company, role, sector, briefing priority and selected delivery method. The current sign-up flow stores submitted request information for operational follow-up and may email the request to the Bond & Play team.

If you select text delivery, you consent to receive trial, beta and launch communications at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP to a supported messaging program or by contacting us. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing other Bond & Play services.

Cookies, consent and form-security technology

We use Ketch as a consent and privacy-choice layer. Depending on our site configuration and your location, Ketch may present a notice or preference center and record privacy choices. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect website forms from automated abuse. Turnstile performs browser-side security checks and processes only the technical and security data Cloudflare says is necessary to provide that function; it does not receive the content you type into Bond & Play forms through our integration. Additional details are in our Cookie Policy.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and security records, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by the type of information and the nature of the relationship.

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal certain privacy decisions. You may also have rights relating to targeted advertising, sale or sharing of personal information where those activities occur.

To exercise a privacy right, use the privacy preference center where available or email hello@bondandplay.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

Children

This website and Bond & Play’s business services are intended for professional and general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through this website.

International visitors

Bond & Play and service providers supporting the website may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology or legal obligations evolve. The date at the top of the Policy identifies the current version. Questions or requests may be sent to hello@bondandplay.com.
